An Early American Experience. In Colonial times, an "Ordinary" was the tavern, restaurant, and guest house where local residents and travelers regularly gathered to share spirits and camaraderie. This same friendly atmosphere welcomes guests today at The Ordinary, Nashville's extraordinary eating and beverage experience.

While a special menu changes with the seasons, The Ordinary offers a wide selection of luncheons, dinners, and sandwiches. "Potations" are a particular feature of The Ordinary, and a fine choice of wine, beer, and mixed drinks are available to complement any meal or quiet moment.
