• Reservations are secured at time of booking by major credit card. The credit card account will be debited for the amount of first night's stay per room reserved as a deposit to secure it at the time reservation is ordered.

• A personal check may secure a reservation if received ten days from date of making reservation.

• Deposits for reservations are non-refundable within 48 hours prior to arrival.

• Should you cancel your reservation within the policy limit, your deposit will be credited immediately to your credit card account.

• We highly recommend making your reservation on-line, where real-time availability and an easy reservation process is accessible 24 hours a day.

• No-Show reservations are non-refundable.

• Rates are subject to 12% sales tax.

• Some weekends require a TWO-Night Stay with Saturday Night. This occurs during the Months of July and October, as well as on the Holiday Weekends of Memorial Day and Labor Day.

• Only the News Years Eve PACKAGE is available December 31.

• Arrangements for Group Blocks of 5 or more Guestrooms may be made through our Sales and Catering specialists sales@browncountyinn.com. A contracted Group Block will allow individual members of your party to secure their Reserved Guestroom at their convenience within a pre-determined time period.

• We Do Not have pet facilities or rooms allowing pets.

• We have two ambulatory rooms, but not wheel-in showers.

• We have a very limited number of smoking-permitted rooms available.

• Check-in Time is 4:00 p.m (EST).

• Check-out Time is noon (EST).
